Hola, my name is Carlos López, Director of OH Spanish. I am a native Spanish speaker, and I’m also one of the most focused and committed Spanish language coaches you’ll ever meet. My main objective is to help you learn Spanish to fit your needs.
My Spanish teaching adventure began in 2001, with my own school in Mexico, Grupo Enlace, where I taught international travelers from all parts of the world.
Here in the USA, I have taught Spanish at Speak Our Language school, Otterbein University, Wright State University, and Sinclair Community College in Ohio.
I currently teach Spanish at Capital University in Bexley, OH and I provide online Spanish training to US Air Force members.
Qualifications
B.S. in Information Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
M. A. in Applied Linguistics in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language from the University of Jaén, Spain.
M. A. in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana, Puerto Rico.
ACTFL OPI Tester with Full Certification in Spanish.
Certified by the Cervantes Institute as an AVE system tutor.
